What You Get

What comes with your office

One monthly fee covers your office and the shared spaces around it. The lease terms are right beside it, in plain words.

Included with every office

  • Your own furnished office, for your use only
  • Membership access at no extra cost: coworking desks and the provider lounge. Monthly room credits are not included
  • Conference room, booked with room credits
  • Room credits at a discounted office holder rate, $10 to $30 an hour depending on package size. Purchased credits last 12 months
  • Front desk support Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
  • Member access 7 days a week, 7am to 10pm
  • Wi-Fi, coffee, light snacks and a shared refrigerator
  • Use of the CoRise address for business registration, your Google Business Profile and mail
  • A listing in the CoRise provider directory, if you want one

The lease terms, in plain words

  • 6 month lease, then month to month until either side gives 30 days written notice
  • Billed monthly in advance, on the same day each month
  • $500 refundable security deposit, due at signing
  • To leave early: 60 days written notice plus one month's fee
  • One clinician per office. Sharing needs CoRise's written approval, and each clinician holds their own membership
  • You keep your own professional liability insurance for the length of your lease

Pricing and availability may change. We confirm both with you before you sign. The signed lease sets the final terms.
